Make us clear which data medium belongs where (slot-number) in the Raidsystem. This will considerably reduce the time we have to spend on your case.

Pack the hard disks one by one into antistatic foam rubber to prevent them from sliding. These individual packages are to be put in a bigger box with suitable filling materials.
