Particularly with regard to Raid-Systems we have noticed since the beginning of the year 2009 a massive rise of cases in which the customers in first instance turn for help to other, also greater and international, data rescue companies. These companies often tell the customer that the rescue of his data has become impossible. Up until today Attingo has been able to reconstruct all or at least almost all data in all (!) of these cases.

Please keep this in mind when sending us Raid-Systems and servers:

Make us clear which data medium belongs where (slot-number) in the Raidsystem. This will considerably reduce the time we have to spend on your case.

Pack the hard disks one by one into antistatic foam rubber to prevent them from sliding. These individual packages are to be put in a bigger box with filling materials.
