Processing of your case	Workingday, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Avarage duration	Two till three Workingdays
Workflow	Processing of the analysis and data rescue. Transaction of filelists of all reconstructed data to the customer. Estimation of costs based upon the actual time and effort of the data rescue. You order the data rescue, followed by payment and delivery of the reconstructed data.
Description	Our specialist consults you via phone or email. As a first step you only place an order for a data rescue analysis. Our courier service fetches the data media directly from your office free of charge. Our engineers perform an analysis in our cleanroom lab. The current status of your order can be checked upon online anytime. We draw up a report and an offer for the rescue of your data. You receive a list of all reconstructable data. You can check upon the rescued data in our lab. Then you place the data rescue order. We will deliver all retrieved data immediately afterwards.
Raid-Systems	With Raid-Arrays we charge 50% of the analysis costs off the second data storage medium. Raid-Arrays with five storage mediums plus we offer an estimated amount at agreement.
Conditions	The stated prices apply to harddrives with standard filesystems (FAT, NTFS, EXT, HFS, REISERFS). We also offer advise by phone about processing and analysis as well as to the estimated costs for your individual data recovery case.

High Priority Option

Avarage duration	Fast as technically possible.
Description	Continous advisement and reporting about the datarescue progress. Your case will be handled with the highest priority.

Economy Service

Costs for analysis	for free
Processing of your case	Workingdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Avarage duration	On avarage in three to five workingdays.
Workflow	The customer describes the error and specificies the required data. Estimation of costs. On customer´s acception the offer gets legally binding. On successful recovery of the specified data, the agreed costs will be charged. If no data was specified the case is solved when we were able to read more than 70% sectors.
Description	Economy Service will not be offered for allready opened drives or drives that have been at another datarecovery company. Economy Service will not be offered for Raids (excepted Raid1). Economy Service will be offered for harddisks, floppies, cds, dvds and flash medias. Economy Service will be offered for following filesystems: FAT, NTFS, EXT, HFS and REISERFS.

Tape reconstruction tape systems
Attingo reconstructs and catalogues tapes of all systems and generations and sorts contemporary and historic archives. Loose tapes will be catalogued and checked for further utilization. Attingo owns the required specialized equipment for reconstructing faulty tapes.
